1. How to order?

You can easily order on our website by selecting the desired product, choosing the size and color, then clicking the “Add to Cart” button. Then, you just need to follow the instructions to complete the payment process.

2. Can I cancel my order?

Requests for exchange and cancellation are only accepted within 24 hours of the order’s placement. If you want to change or cancel your order, get in touch with us as soon as possible. We will confirm when it has been applied.

You cannot change your order after 24 hours.

3. Can I return the product if I am not satisfied?

We accept returns within 30 days from the order’s delivery date, If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Notice must be given to [email protected] regarding returns, stating the order number and reason for return. When your return is accepted, We will send you an email notifying you that your order has been approved and a refund will be issued. Packages sent without first contacting us will not be accepted.

4. How long will it take to receive my order?

The estimated delivery time is within 7-15 business days (maybe take longer, depending on destination) . Deliveries will be made Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). A signature will be required upon delivery.

However, there will be cases that we can’t foresee such as weather conditions or logistical challenges might result in minor delays. Please allow additional shipping days for delivery. If there is a delay in shipping, we will contact you via email.

Once an order is placed it cannot be modified or cancelled.

5. How long does it take to process an order?

We process orders within 1-3 business days. Please note that your order may take longer to ship if we are experiencing high order volumes. If there is a significant delay in the delivery of your order, we will contact you by email or phone

6. Do I have to pay for shipping?

The costs for standard shipping are $6.99 for all orders.

7. What if the order is delivered damaged?

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong product, so we can assess the problem and resolve it.
