RETURNS POLICY

We accept returns within 30 days from the order’s delivery date, If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Notice must be given to [email protected] regarding returns, stating the order number and reason for return. When your return is accepted, We will send you an email notifying you that your order has been approved and a refund will be issued. Packages sent without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Conditions for returns

Returned items must be in perfect condition, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and the hang tags must not have been removed. Please return items in their original packaging, including any plastic wrap.

We reserve the right to decline a return request if the merchandise does not meet our standards. Returns for merchandise showing any sign of use (worn, damaged, stained or missing its hang tag) will not be processed.

Shipping

You are responsible for all shipping costs, including original shipping costs and return shipping costs. We do not refund shipping costs. Shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

We are not accountable for returns that are lost or damaged in the post.
